The room was clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly. They had recently done some renovations, which were obvious. The rooms had cute, modern decor and nice amenities like a microfridge. The hotel is conveniently located near Pittsburg State University.

I didn't notice I had to pay up front when making reservations. When I called I was told there were no refunds if I had to cancel. Also room was not real clean, lamps were dusty and carpet needed swept. Also had to go ask for toilet paper.

The hotel building was in good condition, with renovated rooms and facilities. The location was key, offering easy access to the city and its attractions. Another advantage was the friendly and accommodating front desk clerk who was able to assist us during our stay.

The pillows provided in the room were not comfortable and we had to use our own. The breakfast options were limited, with only a single waffle maker available.
